Handbook Table of Contents
The Table of Contents is organized by section headers, with each header representing a major topic area. Articles are listed directly underneath each header—there’s no need to click or expand anything to view them.
Each article appears as a clickable link, making it easy to jump directly to the information you need. This simple layout helps you quickly scan through topics and access relevant guidance without extra steps.
Single Handbook Article
The Handbook page will house all of your internal documentation articles for your reference. Click on the article name within the list to view the specific details of the article.
Navigation

Breadcrumbs
At the top of each handbook article, you’ll see a breadcrumb trail that shows which section or header the article belongs to. This helps you understand where you are within the handbook and how the content is organized.
For example, if you’re reading an article under the “Support Site” section, the breadcrumb will display:
Handbook > Support Site > Article Title
Top Right Menu Button
The Top Right Menu button will appear when there are extra pieces of information available for the article. If visible, clicking this button will open a details panel on the right side of the screen.
Important Links

The Important Links section appears in the article’s details panel when the state team has shared additional resources related to the content. These may include:
- Templates or required forms
- External websites or tools
- Reference documents or guides
- Supporting materials for implementation
These links are provided to help you take action, find answers, or access required documents quickly. If you don’t see any links listed, it means none have been shared for that specific article yet.
Table of Contents
The Table of Contents appears in the article’s details panel and provides a list of all the major sections within the article. Each item is a clickable link that lets you quickly jump to that specific section without needing to scroll manually.
This feature is especially helpful for navigating longer articles and finding exactly what you need with ease.
Template Articles
Some handbook articles are marked as Template Articles. These are designed to provide you with the official templates required for reporting, documentation, or other program needs.

These articles will include:
- The template itself, often displayed as a preview or embedded file
- Download and copy buttons for multiple formats, including:
- Microsoft (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Google (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Adobe (PDF, Fillable Forms, etc.)
Use these buttons to quickly access and save the correct version of the template based on the platform you’re using.
