The 21CCLC Beginning of the Year (BOY) Meeting is the annual convening of all 21CCLC Project Teams and the CEB 21CCLC team. This meeting provides important program updates, federal and state guidance, and information necessary for implementing the upcoming school year's 21CCLC  Program.

The agenda is updated annually to reflect new federal requirements, HIDOE policies and procedures, program expectations, reporting requirements, and available resources. The meeting also serves as an opportunity to review Project Team roles and responsibilities, fiscal and program requirements, data collection and reporting expectations, monitoring processes, and compliance requirements to help ensure each project successfully administers its grant.

In addition, a variety of state and community partners may present information, resources, and professional learning opportunities that support high-quality program implementation and continuous improvement throughout the grant year.
