This initiative is to help Cohort 16 prepare for formal Year 2 monitoring during Year 3. The CEB 21CCLC Team will conduct informal site visits at each project's selected site. Only the Project Director is required to attend the site visit. The following topics will be discussed/observed:
- Year 1 Monitoring Dashboard Performance Analytics
- Site observations will be conducted
The initiative will run from October 1, 2026 - mid-November.
A project-specific Monitoring (Tool) Document will be shared after confirmation of the site visit date.
